I’m an experienced early interventionist based in Southern California, with eight years of practice supporting children with diverse learning needs. I began my career in 2017 in Singapore and have since worked across home, school, and community settings.
I support children ages 3–18, including learners with autism, global developmental delay (GDD), Down syndrome, ADHD, speech and language delays, and behavioral challenges. My work focuses on building meaningful progress through individualized, strength-based instruction.
I’ve written many IEPs and developed targeted lesson plans across fine motor, cognitive, life and social skills, and early literacy and numeracy. I also help children develop school readiness skills so they feel confident, prepared, and supported in the classroom and beyond.
My Teaching Philosophy is grounded in the belief that every child learns best when instruction is purposeful and engaging. I use individualized lesson planning and structured learning to help me scaffold, and provide consistency to keep lessons sustainable and developmentally appropriate.
I believe strongly in practice and repetition with a purpose: repeating skills long enough to build mastery, but also knowing when a child is ready to take the next step toward independence. My role is to guide, and gradually release responsibility as each child gains confidence in their abilities.
My goal is for every child I work with to feel supported, and capable in their learning journey.
A significant part of my work involves collaboration with parents and caregivers. Learning continues at home, through simple routines, and accessible strategies. When a child’s environment invites learning, they begin to invite learning into their own lives.

These strategies were used for my students aged 3-8. The activities planned were targeted to introduce, and strengthen pre-literacy, literacy and numeracy concepts, as well as encourage table-work engagement as preparation for classroom readiness.

A big part of my work involves individualizing my students lessons and lesson materials. That means I'm constantly editing and recreating school work to meet my students at the level they can understand.
My resources include simple visuals, one-step instructions as well as complex concepts broken down into simple step-by-step instruction.

Online lessons are just as fun as in-person lessons! I use a variety of game templates to make lessons more interesting and to help break down concepts even further.
