The Social Skills Lab is a weekly, 60-minute program designed to help children build confidence and real-world skills for friendships, school, and everyday interactions.
The program runs for two age groups: 5–10 and 11–14.
Activities and expectations fit children’s developmental levels. Sessions are offered 1:1 or in small groups (up to 5) to support speaking, listening, and peer connection.
Each topic is taught through structured coaching, guided practice, and supportive conversation.
Key areas include:
Empathy & perspective taking
Basic social interactions (starting, joining, and ending conversations appropriately)
Communication skills (listening, using clear words, and staying on topic)
Self-advocacy (asking for help, expressing needs, and setting boundaries)
Managing emotions
